BIO

Natalie Otto is a new Americana/Country singer/songwriter originally from Huntingdon, Pennsylvania.  She currently lives in Maryland with her husband and three children.

Natalie's return to music has been a long time coming, since her first exposure to learning the piano as a child.  Natalie had a successful career in Corporate America as an accountant, specializing in fraud and forensic investigations.  While she now consults part-time, she is also a busy, full-time mom. After three daughters within six years, Natalie decided it was finally time to reconnect with her love of music. She jumped headfirst into guitar lessons, which was a birthday gift from her husband, and music writing.  As a mom, wife, daughter, sister, and friend – Natalie sings and writes honestly about what happens in everyday life. Natalie is a natural storyteller, resonating authentically with her listeners.

“For me, it’s important to speak from the heart. I want my audience to find comfort in the words I’m writing and know that they’re not the only ones feeling that way. I’m taking my journey one day at a time and enjoying the ride along the way. I love creating music and hope this is a part of my life for a very long time. It’s personally fulfilling to have my girls see me pursuing something that I love doing in hopes they have the same inspiration to chase their dreams when they’re my age!”

Natalie wrote “Beyond the Blue” about her sister who tragically passed away in a car accident at the age of 23. They were only 14 months apart, so it hit her very hard as a young adult.  She wasn’t planning on writing a song about her at the time, but when an incredibly beautiful blue sky inspired her,  it was very therapeutic to get her feelings out on paper.

Natalie enjoys time at the gym, as well as, hiking, riding bikes or doing puzzles with her family.

Natalie Otto is a member of NADU and NSAI and has recorded exclusively in Nashville with producer, Justine Blazer.
